Luen Tai Hong was established by managing director Young Kam-yim’s father in 1957 as a single shop selling eggs. In 2013, it moved into the production of liquid eggs, widely used in the F&B industry, and has 30 per cent share of the market today. In 2022, it began establishing an intelligent production line at Tai Po InnoPark, with a view to doubling its production capacity.
