(Hong Kong, 14 Apr 2023) – Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (“HKSTP”) and Federation of Hong Kong Industries (“FHKI”) co-organised “Innopreneur Experience Journey” Cohort 2, which concluded successfully with a closing and graduation ceremony at Hong Kong Science Park today. Participating students and representatives from tech and industrial companies shared their unique experience journey and feelings of taking part in the programme.

For the past four days (11-14 Apr), the programme offered around 40 students from local secondary schools a chance to visit Hong Kong Science Park and InnoPark. On top of that, participating students have gained “executive shadowing” experience and hands-on work opportunities in selected member companies of FHKI and partner companies of HKSTP located inside Hong Kong Science Park or InnoPark. By deepening their interest and understanding, and broadening their horizon in innovation and technology (I&T) and industry, the students could have better planning for their future studies and career path.

The programme was sponsored by SINO Group and partnered with Po Leung Kuk Life Planning & Financial Education Centre. HKSTP and FHKI will continue to work together in nurturing talents with different backgrounds and experiences and encouraging them to join HK I&T and industrial sector, promoting “new industrialisation”, and improving the entire I&T ecosystem.
