HKSTP Hosts the First "Micro-E in Action" Career Day Empowering Talent Development and Innovation to Drive Hong Kong's New Industrialisation.
Are you ready to transform from CLASSROOM TO CAREER?
Launched in 2025, Talent Foundry is a talent development and workforce readiness programme intended for current students studying in Hong Kong with academic backgrounds in computer science, engineering, and majors related to innovation and technology (I&T). We are directly collaborating with local university faculties and industry partners to enhance student employability in the I&T field.
Apply now! Catalyse your seamless transition into the thriving I&T ecosystem in Science Park.
Contact us or your university faculty to learn more about Talent Foundry.
To prepare soon-to-graduate students with industry-ready skills, eligible applicants will become Talent Foundry Starters. This will grant them access to the Career-readiness Bootcamp powered by tech giants and industry experts within the HKSTP ecosystem.
The Talent Foundry Starters who achieve the specified requirements below will be granted the Talent Foundry Achiever Award to encourage their contribution to Hong Kong’s innovation landscape. Meanwhile, salary subsidies from the Talent Conversion Scheme will be offered to participating park companies to employ the achievers.
Notes: Activities, salary subsidies and award are subject to availability. Any changes to the programme are at HKSTP’s discretion.
