HKSTP’s AI Unicorn SmartMore Claimed the Highest Honour at the Hong Kong ICT Awards 2025 Science Park Community Secures a Total of 31 Awards
(Hong Kong, 22 November 2025) – Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP) proudly announces that multiple partner companies and incubatees have achieved outstanding success in the Hong Kong ICT Awards 2025, organised by the Digital Policy Office, receiving 31 awards. Notably, SmartMore Corporation Limited (SmartMore), an AI unicorn within the HKSTP ecosystem, was awarded the “Award of the Year” and the “Smart Business Grand Award', while HKSTP partner company iASPEC Services Limited, together with its ecosystem partners Ellen Li District Elderly Community Centre, Hong Kong Young Women's Christian Association, the Hong Kong Pharmaceutical Care Foundation Limited and North District Hospital, clinched the "Smart People Grand Award” and students Mr Chung Ho Chun from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Mr Lee Pak Nin and Ms Chu Wing Sze Nicola from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, were honoured with the “Student Innovation Award”.

Hong Kong ICT Awards 2025: Award of the Year and Smart Business Grand Award
SmartMore Corporation Limited, an AI unicorn within the HKSTP ecosystem, being presented the Award of the Year from the Financial Secretary, Mr Paul Chan. After winning the Smart Business Grand Award and “Smart Business (Emerging Technologies) Gold Award” for their " Smore ViMo – AI Vision Model Development & Deployment Platform."
Mr Daniel Shi, Director of ViMo Cloud said that the awards mark a significant milestone for the team. “Industrial AI is often perceived as difficult to adopt, but Hong Kong has shown that worldclass smart manufacturing technologies can be created and scaled from here. HKSTP partner company iASPEC Services Limited, together with its ecosystem partners Ellen Li District Elderly Community Centre, Hong Kong Young Women's Christian Association / The Hong Kong Pharmaceutical Care Foundation Limited / North District Hospital, clinched the "Smart People Grand Award” and the “Smart People (Smart Ageing) Gold Award” for its innovative " Smart Hub: Telecare Project for Rural Villagers of North District”.
Mr. Kenman Wong, General Manager of iASPEC Services said, “We are honored to have received this Award with our collaboration partners, including YWCA and Northern District Hospital in serving the elderly community in the rural areas. HKSTP has given us an excellent environment upon which we can continue to innovate new products and services to meet the needs of different industries.”
Our product Doctorgram, a comprehensive platform providing tele-consultation and healthcare management services has successfully penetrated markets in North America and the Philippines. We are now expanding into the Chinese Mainland and other ASEAN countries by enabling healthcare and elderly care service providers in improving the efficiency and quality of their operations.
Hong Kong ICT Awards 2025: Student Innovation Award
Students Mr Chung Ho Chun from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, together with Mr Lee Pak Nin and Ms Chu Wing Sze Nicola from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, has graduated from the HKSTP Ideation Programme and is now participating in the Incubation Programme. They were honoured with the “Student Innovation Grand Award”, “the “Student Innovation (Higher Education) Gold Award” and the “Student Innovation Best Use of AI Award” for their project, ArtInSight.
Mr Lee Pak Nin, Co-founder & CTO of ArtlnSight, expressed that the team was truly surprised and honoured to receive these recognitions from the HKICT Awards. “It serves as a great motivation for us to continue striving for innovation in the often-overlooked field of arts education. We aim to create a more creative, diverse, and socially engaged arts ecosystem for Hong Kong, helping to shape the future direction of artistic talent and cultural industry development.”
ArtInSight is the first AI-powered, one-stop art learning platform that integrates two major domains: "Art Appreciation" and "Art Creation." Through its ArtiLens artwork analysis module, users can simply photograph an artwork to unlock its historical context and techniques, engaging in deep interactive dialogue with AI. The ArtiGenX art reviewer offers a closed-loop learning system where users create artworks, receive real-time feedback from AI, and refine their pieces. Educators can monitor student progress and dynamically adjust their teaching methods, achieving bidirectional optimization of teaching and learning. Overall, ArtInSight transforms traditional art education into an intelligent, engaging, and accessible learning experience.
