Our Beliefs

Felix founded and built Teamtrics, a platform that transforms employee wellness into sustainable performance with gamified engagement and AI-driven analytics. Remote and flexible work policies are no longer optional benefits provided by companies but are now mandatory requirements for job seekers. Employees in Southeast Asia are willing to accept a one-third pay reduction in exchange for the opportunity to work remotely to avoid long commuting times due to traffic congestion. Conversely, a research study conducted by Stanford University has shown that productivity decreases by 10-20% when employees work fully remotely. Teamtrics aims to help companies reap all these benefits while addressing the pain points through the power of A.I.

Technology

Next in the pipeline for ATech Solution is to continue our research and development phase 2 on our A.I. model. Currently, the A.I. analytics are more focused on productivity. This is only one of the many factors in determining work performance. Phase 2 aims to expand the scope of the A.I. to include factors such as the amount of output, output quality, work attitude, motivation, and more. The vision of Teamtrics' end goal is not simply to provide analytics for business, but to offer affordable, generated (but accurate) business advisory services to inspire SMEs and startup entrepreneurs through the power of A.I.
