Our company has created intelligent welding systems to realise remote video transmission from the work area, fully improving high-altitude construction safety. Equipped with a deep learning-based adaptive weld seam tracking system, the robots detect real-time deviations of weld positions and adjust welding paths automatically. Based on human-machine learning and expert systems, the experience of skilled welders is digitalised and collected. A combination of seam tracking and an expert system, an intelligent welding robot could optimise welding passes and specifications, enabling the robots to control the welding process like skilled welders. Our welding equipment has strong adaptability, and is highly precise and efficient. It also reduces reliance on manual processes.

The company maintains in-depth cooperation with universities and research institutes worldwide. All patented technologies are developed and owned by our team. We have developed three types of intelligent welding equipment, including entry-level, mid-range and high-end fully automatic welding robots. In the near future, we will launch demonstration applications of our intelligent welding equipment in extreme environments such as aerospace, deep sea and high-pressure environments.

Intelligent pipeline welding robot product series:
1) Entry-level product: MIG / MAG all-position magnetic crawling welding robot, which can realise pipe filling and cover welding, and can automatically adjust the welding parameters and positions of each layer.
2) Mid-range product: Products can achieve all-position filling and capping welding of pipelines and pressure vessels using GMA, CO2 welding, and FCAW. They have a built-in intelligent welding expert database and remote visual control function, enabling wireless operation and control.
3) High-end fully automatic welding robots: The oscillating and hot-wire TIG intelligent welding system can realise root, fill and cap weld. The oscillating and TIG welding modes can achieve great welding quality. Hot-wire welding can significantly improve efficiency and achieve the same welding efficiency as CO2. By using an intelligent system and welding expert database, it can realise fully automated robotic welding.

Project Cases:
Our products, realising intelligent equipment replacement of traditional welders, are used in pipelines and pressure vessels welding for CNOOC's LNG storage tank project in Fujian Province and Energy China's thermal power station construction in Gansu Province, the Chinese Mainland.
