Dr. Chai assumed the position of Chairman of Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation in July 2018. In the same year, he was awarded the Bronze Bauhinia Star (BBS) by the HKSAR Chief Executive for his outstanding contribution to the promotion of innovation and technology development in Hong Kong, and was conferred a University Fellowship by the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He received the Young Industrialist Award of Hong Kong in 2004.

Dr. Chai graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Rochester Institute of Technology (USA), and completed an Executive MBA program (EMBA) at the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2007. In 2010, he was awarded the Doctor of Engineering (EngD) from the City University of Hong Kong.
Ms Annie CHOI assumed the post of the Permanent Secretary for Innovation and Technology of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in July 2019.
Ms CHOI joined the Administrative Service in 1986 and has served in a number of policy bureaux and departments, including the Civil Service Bureau, the Commerce and Economic Development Bureau, the Financial Services and the Treasury Bureau and the Home Affairs Department. She was the Commissioner for Innovation and Technology from August 2015 to July 2019.
Ms CHOI obtained her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Laws as well as Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the University of Hong Kong. She also did postgraduate studies in Public Administration at Oxford University, UK and Tsinghua University, PRC.

Ms. Chung is a corporate leader with extensive multinational experience. Specialised in information technology, with knowledge in building industry, and trained and practised as a lawyer.
Ms. Chung spent over 20 years with IBM. She was the first Asian female executive to serve on IBM Chairman & CEO's Strategy Team, setting global directions. She held senior leadership positions including Regional General Manager for Southeast Asian countries; General Manager for IBM China/Hong Kong Limited and General Counsel for Asia Pacific.
Ms. Chung currently serves as a non-executive director of Arup Group Limited and Grosvenor Asia Pacific Limited. She is Chairperson of Maryknoll Convent School Foundation, Chairperson of her private investment company Clarksdale Investment Limited and senior consultant at law firm Raymond T.Y. Chan, Victoria Chan & Co. For public service, Ms. Chung serves on Hong Kong Government Human Resources Planning Commission, Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Advisory Committee, Hong Kong Government Research Grants Council, Singapore University of Technology and Design, and Dalian CPPCC. Her past services include Hong Kong Polytechnic University Council, Court of Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and Singapore Government Economic Strategies Committee.
Dennis is the Partner of PwC. He has over 27 years extensive experience in providing assurance and transaction-related services as well as in assisting companies in preparing for listing in Hong Kong, Singapore and other stock exchanges. Dennis is frequently involved in advising and assisting local, mainland-based and multinational companies on corporate restructuring, transactions, mergers and acquisitions.
Dennis has been promoting the development of accounting profession in Hong Kong. He was the President of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants in 2015 and he actively participates in many professional committees and statutory bodies of the Government of HKSAR. He is a member of Standing Committee on Company Law Reform, Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Appeal Board, Professional Services Advancement Support Scheme Vetting Committee and a director of Urban Renewal Fund. He is also appointed by Minister of Finance of the People’s Republic of China as the Advisor of the Government Accounting Standards Committee.
Angel Ng is the Head of Asia Pacific for Global Wealth Management. She is responsible for overseeing the Citi Asia Pacific wealth business and personal banking franchises in Hong Kong and Singapore, including retail wealth, private banking, consumer banking, cards and loans. Angel continues to serve as CEO for Citi Hong Kong and Macau, a role she has held since May 2018, until her successor is announced.
Angel joined Citi in Hong Kong in 1998. She has served in senior leadership roles across the franchise, including Head of Consumer Banking, Head of Wealth Management and Head of Cards.
Prior to Citi, Angel held a number of senior positions at Procter & Gamble and China Light and Power Hong Kong. She started her career with HSBC.
Angel currently serves as a board or committee member of the following organizations: Financial Infrastructure and Market Development Sub-Committee under the Exchange Fund Advisory Committee; Council of the Treasury Markets Association; Financial & Treasury Services Committee of The Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce; Corporate Advisory Council of The Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute; Financial Education Coordination Committee under the Investor and Financial Education Council; Council of The Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (Vice President); Board of The Community Chest of Hong Kong; and Board Advisor of Teach for Hong Kong. Angel is also a member of the Hong Kong Academy of Finance.
Angel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Joe Ngai is currently a Senior Partner and the Managing Partner of McKinsey Greater China. He serves many of the region's leading banks, insurers and conglomerates on business transformation and digitalization. He is the co-author of two editions of “Life Insurance in Asia”, and frequently speaks on financial, management, youth and social enterprise topics.
Joe sits on the Council of Advisors on Innovation and Strategic Development for the Hong Kong Chief Executive. He serves on various Government advisory committees, including the Hong Kong Financial Services Development Council, the Financial Infrastructure Committee of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, and also the Education Commission. Besides, he is a Board Member of the Hong Kong Science and Technology Park.
He is passionate about community service. He is currently the Chairman of DiamondCab, an award-winning social enterprise focusing on barrier-free taxi services, Our Hong Kong Foundation, HKU Business School, Director of Diocesan Boys' School Foundation, Regional Association President of Phillips Exeter Academy, and previously, President of Harvard Business School Association of Hong Kong.
Joe grew up in Hong Kong, where he studied at Diocesan Boys' School. He received his AB, JD and MBA from Harvard University.
