Technology Leaders of Tomorrow (TLT) Drew to a Close
Following the success of TLT, HKSTP has launched Talent Foundry as a continuation of its commitment to talent development and workforce readiness. If you are studying at university in Hong Kong and will graduate soon, please explore Talent Foundry.
Technology Leaders of Tomorrow (TLT) is HKSTP’s flagship graduate programme, designed to nurture future tech leaders in the Innovation and Technology (I&T) ecosystem. Between 2020 and 2024, it has provided exceptional opportunities for elite graduates specialising in Technology and Research & Development (R&D).
We welcome graduates with a master’s or PhD in a STEM field from prestigious local or international institutions. This 12-month programme is ideal for those determined to achieve a career breakthrough and contribute to Hong Kong’s advancement in the I&T sector.
Each successful candidate will be recommended for a full-time R&D role at one of the HKSTP’s partner companies. The programme includes a comprehensive series of workshops aimed at enhancing their skills in communication, creative thinking, and entrepreneurship, all within the context of the I&T environment. The young professionals will actively engage in Hong Kong's vibrant innovation ecosystem, expanding their horizons and contributing to the growth of the city's technology sector. They will also have opportunities to connect with startup founders and industry experts, significantly broadening their professional networks.

Additional Support for Non-local Talent
Accommodation at HKSTP co-living space (e.g. InnoCell) will be provided for up to three months, subject to availability at the time of joining the programme.
