Global Mixer - Dubai

"HKSTP Global Mixer” is an outreach programme aimed at collaborating with enterprises and talent from around the world, with the goal of advancing our innovation and technology (I&T) ecosystems. In October 2025, we are heading to Dubai to attend Expand North Star 2025 and GITEX Global 2025 to engage with the investors and leading companies, expanding opportunities for impactful partnerships.

Expand North Star 2025 – HKSTP Pavilion:

Expand North Star is Dubai’s flagship technology and startup event, bringing together founders, investors, corporates and government leaders. As part of GITEX GLOBAL, it supercharges the startup ecosystem with marquee programs such as the Supernova Challenge—the region’s largest pitch competition—plus targeted investor matchmaking and partnership-building opportunities.

Following the momentum from LEAP 2024, HKSTP will expand its presence in the Middle East by launching its first-ever pavilion at Expand North Star 2025. The pavilion will feature 10 cutting edge tech ventures in AI, sustainability and proptech. HKSTP will support these companies with curated engagement to government ministries and regional partners, fostering strategic partnerships and accelerating their market expansion.

At Expand North Star, HKSTP will host a networking event - From Hong Kong to Middle East: Bridging Innovation, Powering Growth, supported by Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC).

Event Highlights:

10 dynamic HKSTP tech ventures will present their innovative solutions and while attendees will also have the opportunity to learn more about 7 tech ventures exhibiting at GITEX Global.

GITEX Global 2025 – Hong Kong Pavilion organised by Hong Kong Trade Development Council

GITEX Global 2025 will take place in Dubai from October 13–17, showcasing the latest technologies in artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, mobility and Bio-tech. The event attracts more than 200,000 tech executives and startups from over 180 countries and regions.

Our delegation features 7 pioneering park companies specialising in AIOT, AI & Robotics, Construction Tech and Telecommunications. These ventures will present innovative solutions that address the growing demand for the Middle East market while strengthening cross-border partnerships.
