As a wholly owned subsidiary of Beijing Richen-Force Science & Technology Co., Ltd, Richen Sight (HK) Co., Ltd was found on November 27th, 2013 in Hong Kong. When setting up, relying on the strong financial resources of its parent company, Richen Sight (HK) started to cooperate with ASTRI to do the R&D of the Miniature Handheld Smart Video Scope Technology. Not only is this technology a world’s leading, but also it can avoid cross infection of patients when taking GI examinations, thus winning the support of Hong Kong Innovation & Technology Fund. What's more, another two technologies are under preparing, in cooperation with ASTRI, that are 3D GI Tract Imaging with Measuring Capability and Gyro/Accelorateor Sensor in Capsule. In order to improve the In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD)products, Richen Sight (HK) acquired an Italian company named Cortex Italia S.R.L.
