Tianyu Hong Kong Partners with Granyet Care Group to Develop a Comprehensive AI Elderly Home Management System
(Hong Kong,8 September 2026) – Leading gerontech enterprise Tianyu (Hong Kong Branch) and Hong Kong's Granyet Care Group successfully signed a strategic collaboration agreement recently (August 21) at the Hong Kong Science Park. Witnessed by Mr. Bu Jiangyong, Chairman of Tianyu Technology, and signed by Mr. Lin, Sanrong of Tianyu Hong Kong and Mr. Joe Chan, Executive Director of Granyet Care Group. Both parties announced their joint effort to develop a comprehensive "AI Smart Elderly Home Management System."
The partnership combines Tianyu Technology’s advanced AI research capabilities with Granyet Care Group’s extensive operational experience to address key industry pain points spanning elderly safety, facility management, and family communication.
The system includes an Intelligent Nursing Network that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to integrate vital signs monitoring, fall detection, and night-time bed-exit alerts, providing 24-hour safety protection. In terms of facility operations, the system utilizes AI to comprehensively optimize daily management, covering bed status management, intelligent care-level assessments, staff scheduling, and automated inspection functions. Management can leverage AI-assisted administration to drive data-informed decision-making through real-time operational data and intelligent reporting. Additionally, family members can stay informed of elderly residents' real-time conditions via a mobile app, significantly enhancing deep mutual trust between care teams and families.
This collaboration marks a significant step forward in Hong Kong's gerontechnology landscape, highlighting three core achievements:
- Empowering the "Human Touch" through Technology: By integrating Tianyu’s AI technology and extensive data accumulated from millions of users, the collaboration will build highly personalized models. This tailored approach more accurately addresses the unique needs of each elderly individual, infusing eldercare technology with warmth and a human touch.Deep
- Integration Chinese Mainland and Hong Kong Strengths: This initiative successfully merges top-tier Chinese mainland elderly care platforms and philosophies with Granyet Care Group's nearly 30 years of localized service experience in Hong Kong. By breaking geographical boundaries, the partnership creates a smart solution tailored to the local culture.
- Setting a Benchmark for Attracting Global Enterprises" As a co-organizer of the "Gerontech and Innovation Expo cum Summit (GIES)," Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP) actively led park companies to exhibit, while precisely matching enterprises like Tianyu Technology with potential partners. This success demonstrates HKSTP’s strategic impact in attracting leading Chinese Mainland enterprises to settle in Hong Kong, facilitating their technology localization, and utilizing Hong Kong as a launchpad for global expansion.
According to the strategic collaboration agreement, both parties will implement a "three-step" strategy to steadily advance the research and development, optimization, and commercialization of the system. In the first phase, both parties will jointly develop the "AI Smart Elderly Home Management System," followed by 3 to 6 months of practical testing and performance evaluation to verify its effectiveness, while exploring further applications of the developed products to expand community services, thereby achieving the commercial implementation and widespread application of innovative technology.
