Technical Engineer
Job Responsibilities
- We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as Technical Engineer at the Hong Kong Science Park.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting and problem-solving on hardware and software issues.
- He/she will also be involved in contributing to system operation improvement as well as conducting regular system maintenance and inspections.
- Responsible for 1st level technical support
- Provide troubleshooting and basic problem solving on system, software, hardware, and network issues
- Investigate production issues and participate in system operation improvement
- Perform system maintenance and health checks
- Shift duty required, able to work on weekend, overnight & public holidays
Job Requirements
- Degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering/IT required
- Hands-on experience with ELV or Access control System
- Self-motivated and independent
- Able to work in shifts
