Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the establishment of the mass production introduction process of standardized automotive chip ATE test.
- Collaborate with digital design and DFT engineers to lead the development of ATE testing plans for the project
- Lead the development and debugging of ATE software and hardware, corner case testing, feature analysis, Spec verification, etc.
- Lead the completion of trial production introduction, mass production ramp-up, and yield optimization of ATE test.
- Lead the localization and resolution of abnormal problems in the test production line.
- Cooperate with reliability engineers to complete RA backtesting and RA problem locuation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above, majoring in electronics, with more than 5 years of experience in ATE test development and mass production introduction.
- Rich experience in mass production testing of automotive chips.
- Rich experience in mass production testing of large chips, such as SOC, DPU, CPU, GPU.
- Experience in mass production testing of advanced processes below 28nm.
- Familiar with v93K test development, familiar with CP/FT/SLT test equipment.
- Good team communication and collaboration skills, with strong learning ability.
