Product Quality Engineer
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the milestone management of each key node in the project, monitoring the quality output, identify quality risks, and being responsible for the product quality.
- Responsible for the data output in the project development stage, including the APQP quality data of the project, reviewing and submitting the PPAP data, obtaining the approval of the customer, and successfully reaching the mass production state.
- Participate in responding to customer audits, and track the rectification, implementation and closure of non-conformities in customer audits.
- Responsible for handling customer quality complaints, completing 8D reports, and tracking the implementation of improvements related to quality issues.
- Supplier quality management: formulate supplier quality management standards, be responsible for the analysis and judgment of supplier quality problems, make treatment decisions, propose corrective and preventive measures to ensure that production is carried out in a controlled and stable state, assist suppliers to solve quality problems, and guide suppliers to improve quality levels.
Job Requirements
- Familiar with IATF16949 management system, proficient in using automotive industry quality tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 8D, etc., familiar with IPD process.
- More than 3 years of experience in automotive electronics, chips or software products/R&D quality.
- Good expression, communication and coordination skills, able to work under pressure.
