DFT Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for DFT related work in automotive chips, including Scan, MBIST, ATPG, Boundary Scan, etc.
• Responsible for chip synthesis, formal verification and related script debugging.
• Perform ATE test after tape-out, including vector debugging, coverage optimization, and solve various problems encountered in the test.

Job Requirements

• Master's degree or above in microelectronics, electronics, communication, computer and other related majors.
• More than 5 years of DFT work experience, familiar with DFT work, such as MBIST, LBIST, Scan Test, etc.
• Familiar with ASIC design.
• Proficient in using mainstream EDA tools.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Tcl, Perl or Python.
