ATE Engineer, SLT

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the formulation of ATE (SLT) test schemes with design, hardware, and software engineers.
• Cooperate with hardware and software engineers to complete ATE (SLT) hardware and firmware development.
• Completed the mass production introduction of chip ATE (SLT) test.
• Lead the handling of abnormalities that occur in mass production SLT testing.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above, majoring in electronics, with more than 3 years of experience in ATE test development and mass production introduction.
• Experience in chip SLT test development, able to formulate SLT test plan.
• Experience in testing development of large-scale SOC processor chips and automotive chips is preferred.
• Good group communication and collaboration skills, strong learning ability, and able to adapt to short-term business trips.
