A hiring decision deserves an argument, not a number. Most recruiting tools return a match score and expect it to be trusted. We believe an employer should be able to read why a candidate was ranked where they were, disagree with it on specifics, and correct the search — which is why every candidate we return carries written reasoning rather than a bare percentage.We also believe the strongest candidate for most roles is not applying.
