Ms. Chung is a corporate leader with extensive multinational experience. Specialised in information technology, with knowledge in building industry, and trained and practised as a lawyer.
Ms. Chung spent over 20 years with IBM. She was the first Asian female executive to serve on IBM Chairman & CEO's Strategy Team, setting global directions. She held senior leadership positions including Regional General Manager for Southeast Asian countries; General Manager for IBM China/Hong Kong Limited and General Counsel for Asia Pacific.
Ms. Chung currently serves as non-executive director of Arup Group Limited and Grosvenor Asia Pacific Limited and independent non-executive director of Hang Seng Bank Limited. She is Chairperson of Maryknoll Convent School Foundation, Chairperson of her private investment company Clarksdale Investment Limited and senior consultant at law firm Raymond T.Y. Chan, Victoria Chan & Co. Ms. Chung also serves on Hong Kong Government Human Resources Planning Commission and Hong Kong Government Research Grants Council. Her past services include Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Advisory Committee, Singapore University of Technology and Design Board of Trustees, Hong Kong Polytechnic University Council, Court of Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Singapore Government Economic Strategies Committee and Dalian CPPCC.
Mr. Conrad Chan is a practising lawyer in Hong Kong and is one of the founding partners of Kwok Yih & Chan. He is a corporate and M&A lawyer specialising in M&As and takeovers, private equity transactions, IPOs and capital markets fund raisings and securities regulatory investigations. Over the years, Conrad has been involved in advising clients in many different industry segments locally and globally, including the Mainland China. Mr. Eddie MAK is the Permanent Secretary for Innovation, Technology and Industry of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Eddie joined the Administrative Service in 1991 and has served in a number of policy bureaux and departments, including the former Information Technology and Broadcasting Bureau, the Civil Service Bureau, the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office, Washington and the Post Office. He was Hong Kong Commissioner for Economic and Trade Affairs, USA from July 2018 to September 2021, and served as Director, Celebrations Coordination Office from January to July 2022.

He has over 29 years extensive experience in providing assurance and transaction-related services as well as in assisting companies in preparing for listing in Hong Kong, Singapore and other stock exchanges. Dennis is frequently involved in advising and assisting local, mainland-based and multinational companies on corporate restructuring, transactions, mergers and acquisitions.
Dennis has been promoting the development of accounting profession in Hong Kong. He was the President of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants in 2015 and he actively participates in many professional committees and statutory bodies of the Government of HKSAR. He is a member of Standing Committee on Company Law Reform, Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Appeal Board, Professional Services Advancement Support Scheme Vetting Committee and a director of Urban Renewal Fund. He is appointed by Minister of Finance of the People’s Republic of China as the Hong Kong Accounting Advisor and is a member of Election Committee of HKSAR. He was awarded as Outstanding PolyU Alumni in 2017 and serves on a number of advisory boards of universities in Hong Kong.
Kent Ho is the Founder and CEO of S28 Capital - a technology venture capital fund with US$170 million under management. The fund focuses on seed stage investing in the Enterprise SaaS and Infrastructure space. Previously he also co-founded Harbor Pacific Capital. Kent's previous early stage investments include: Palantir (NYSE), Coupang (NYSE), Zoom (NSDQ), Plangrid (acquired by Autodesk (NSDQ)) and Noom.
Kent earned his M.B.A from Stanford Graduate School of Business and his B.A. from Duke University. He is an Honorary Trustee from Peking University. Hon. Elizabeth Quat, a Legislative Council member, is the current Chairman of Panel on Environmental Affairs, Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Members' Interests, former Chairman of the Panel on Health Services and the Panel on Information Technology and Broadcasting. Hon. Quat has founded several non-profit organisations. She is the Founder and Honorary President of the Smart City Consortium, Founding President of the Energy Saving & Environment Concern Alliance, and one of the founders and former President of the Internet Professional Association. Hon Quat was appointed as Member of The Deposit-taking Companies Advisory Committee. She was an elected member of the HKSAR Election Committee for the Information Technology Sub-sector in 2006 and 2011.

He is also interested in AI, Robotics, Fintech and IC, etc., and keen on creating an ecosystem to nurture startups.

He was awarded the “Young Industrialist Award of Hong Kong” in 1992 and was named one of the “Ten Outstanding Young Persons” in 1997. In recognition of his service and leadership in technology and the community, Samson was awarded an Honorary Fellowship by HKUST in 2008 and by OUHK in 2017.
