Q1. How to register for a new HKSTP OnePass Account?
You do not need to know whether you already have a HKSTP OnePass account. Simply enter the email address or mobile number you usually use. The system will automatically guide you to log in or register a new account.
Q2. What should I do if I forgot my Password?
If you can not remember your Login password, first enter your Account email address and then HKSTP OnePass will prompt you to enter your password. Click the "Forgot password" link to reset your password.
Q3. What should I do if I forgot my Login Email?
If you can not remember your Login Email, click "Forgot Login Email". HKSTP OnePass will help you recover your Login Email if you provide your Mobile Number in your Account.
Q4. What should I do if I did not receive the verification code in my Email?
If you do not receive an email with your verification code within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folders. If you still cannot find the email, please add msonlineservicesteam@microsoftonline.com to your contact list and select ‘Send New Code’ to receive a new verification code.
Q5. How do I log in with Mobile Number?
Click "Mobile", enter your Mobile Number, and Login. HKSTP OnePass will then send an OTP to your Mobile Number via SMS from Microsoft services. Please enter the OTP to Login.
Q6. How do I use the Microsoft Authenticator App as my MFA Method?
Log in to your HKSTP OnePass account on the Profile Edit Portal here. Setup the Authenticator in the "Multi-Factor Authentication" Section.
