Nam Sky Kitchen is located at Shop S002 on the ground floor of Lakeside Building, Hong Kong Science Park. The restaurant features a clean and open kitchen design, allowing customers to watch the chefs carefully prepare the food to ensure it is freshly made.
They offer breakfast, lunch, and afternoon tea.
For breakfast, they serve traditional Chinese and Western dishes such as steamed rice rolls, shredded imitation abalone and sliced ham with macaroni, and sandwiches. All items are freshly made.
For lunch, they offer both traditional Chinese steamed rice and specialty dishes. Signature dishes include steamed and fried fish in black bean sauce and eggplant with minced pork. The fish is fresh and tender, paired with fragrant yet non-greasy black bean sauce. The eggplant with minced pork is a crispy and soft dish worth trying.
For afternoon tea, they serve light set meals like French toast, homemade soy sauce chicken, and sandwiches, along with specialty drinks and scented tea for a relaxing afternoon.
They also offer festive snacks during holidays, such as spicy fish balls, steamed egg with milk dessert, for visitors to have a good time at Science Park.
