Antonio Cheung is the CEO of Welbot Technology Limited, a pioneering robotic solutions currently breaking new ground in the construction industry. His company developed the world's first patented on-site welding robots and external wall robots, helping overcome labour shortage challenges while also improving work safety, productivity, and quality. Agile, cost-effective and easy to install, his industrial robots have been keeping dangerous and hazardous jobs off human hands, contributing to an overall better working environment for these workers. Cheung’s experience in IBM and in managing Asian operations for US and European IT companies have inspired him to contribute to Hong Kong’s high-tech industry as well as mentor and invest in a number of start-up ventures.
