EP01: HOW TO MAKE CONSTRUCTION MORE SUSTAINABLE?

Brandon Ng
CEO and Co-Founder
AMPD ENERGY

Moved by a vision to create an emission-free future for the construction industry, Brandon Ng set up Ampd Energy in 2015, pioneering the use of energy storage systems for quieter, cleaner, faster and safer construction.

His technologies have helped drastically reduce carbon emissions by 85% as well as construction levels and durations. Today, Ampd Energy continues to produce battery-powered solutions, providing clean energy for power-hungry construction sites across Hong Kong.

EP02: ONE ENTREPRENEUR’S RACE TO SAVE HONG KONG’S CORAL REEF

Vriko Yu
Co-Founder and CEO
archiREEF

Vriko Yu enjoys scuba-diving. But she was shocked to see the degraded marine ecosystems during one of her underwater trips. Compelled to save the coral reefs, she founded the startup archiREEF with a mission to renovate the seafloor with the world's first 3D reef tiles printed in clay, as well as mobilise blue carbon to achieve carbon neutrality.

Vriko combines her knowledge in 3D printing, material science, and marine biology to create suitable, more liveable environments for these threatened marine ecosystems.

EP03: THE SKY IS NOT THE LIMIT: REVOLUTIONISING AVIATION EDUCATION

Mattis Tsang
CEO and Co-Founder
Aerosim

With a lifelong passion for aviation, Mattis Tsang is committed to making aviation education more practical and effective. He took what he learned as a son of an engineer to make this happen, beginning with a flight simulator designed to create safer skies for all.

Today, his innovations have grown into award-winning end-to-end aviation training technologies and student programmes. By significantly reducing flight students’ overall training duration and cost, his company Aerosim has been empowering Hong Kong’s next generation of pilots, inspiring them to dream big and reach beyond the sky.
