Llewellyn and Partners Company Limited (LPC) founded in 2019, is the first innovative Building Information Modelling (BIM) start-up at the MetaBIM Research Lab at the University of Hong Kong. The lab focuses on cutting-edge AI technologies related to next-generation smart assets. At the same time, we are a member of the incubation programme of the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP), a university-linked start-up with an international background. As the first potential unicorn company incubated by the University of Hong Kong in BIM and innovative technology, it is committed to promoting the digital transformation of the whole life cycle of the architecture, engineering, construction and operations (AECO) industry, and helping the global building ecosystem achieve the goal of carbon neutrality. LPC's integrated intelligent building asset management platform has obtained the BSI BIM software Kitemark ISO 19650 and ISO 27001 dual international certification, through our technology solutions, integrating BIM, GIS, artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, blockchain and energy-saving technologies, to solve the pain points of inefficient collaboration, high energy consumption and high-risk working environment in the construction industry, and promote the construction industry and construction asset management to the direction of international standardization, digitalization, intelligence and sustainability.
