Description

Llewellyn & Partners Co. Ltd. and its subsidiaries (collectively referred to as the "LPC Group") is the first potential unicorn pioneer enterprise incubated at the MetaBIM Research Laboratory of the University of Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP). With over 25 years of experience in architecture and asset management, the LPC Group is committed to reshaping the AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Operations) ecosystem through cutting-edge technologies. The Group is among the first enterprises worldwide to obtain the BSI Kitemark™ BIM software certification and the full suite of ISO 19650 certifications.

Product

Our flagship product, the SuperApp-Auto Twin platform, is fully compliant with the ISO 19650 standard and integrates artificial intelligence, digital twin functionality, BIM and GIS engines, carbon emission analysis, and intelligent asset management. This powerful combination enables us to provide comprehensive full-lifecycle solutions for smart cities and sustainable green buildings.

Technology

LPC's independently developed SuperApp-AutoTwin is a comprehensive asset information management platform fully compliant with the ISO 19650 standard. By integrating BIM, GIS, IoT, AI, ESG quantification, carbon neutrality, and blockchain technologies, the platform constructs a unified digital collaboration environment. It redefines and simplifies the entire processes of design, construction, logistics, and operation in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry, promoting the formation of a next-generation AEC economy and asset ecosystem. To date, LPC has obtained 9 patents and plans to file over 20 new patent applications between 2025 and 2026 to jointly build an innovative AEC business model.

The core value of the platform lies in using high-precision virtual geometric models and building asset data chains to support intelligent operational decision-making and accelerate industrial digital transformation. Its sub-module functions include:

AutoCDE: A collaborative platform for centralized management and sharing of construction project data, aiming to ensure information consistency, traceability, and efficient collaboration throughout the entire project lifecycle.
AutoBIM: Based on AI technology, it realizes high-precision automated generation from CAD drawings to semantic 3D BIM models, improving modeling efficiency and data accuracy.
AutoCarbon: A carbon credit generation solution designed specifically for the AEC and real estate industries, assisting in the quantitative tracking and management of carbon neutrality goals.
Auto4s Smart Construction Site Safety System (4S): A safety management platform integrating IoT technology, which monitors construction site dynamics in real-time and combines AI data analysis to warn of potential risks.
Facility Management (FM) Empowerment: Extends IoT technology to the building operation and maintenance phase, comprehensively improving facility operation efficiency and performance through 3D visual equipment management, energy optimization, and intelligent data analysis.

Through built-in intelligent operation and AI-driven analysis, AutoCDE realizes closed-loop management throughout the entire lifecycle from design to construction and then to operation and maintenance, providing efficient, transparent, and sustainable digital practices for the industry.
