How do I apply for the programmes?

Am I eligible to apply for both the Ideation Programme and the Co-Ideation Programme?
The Co-Ideation Programme offers additional resources from co-development partners, alongside the support provided by the Ideation Programme. You may apply for both programmes, but please note that approval will be granted to either the Co-Ideation Programme or the Ideation Programme only.
Can I apply for the Co-Incubation programme if I am currently an Ideation member?
Current Ideation members or graduates may apply for the Co-Incubation Programme. Please note they are not eligible to apply for the Co-Ideation Programme again in principle. Please contact ideation@hkstp.org for further clarification regarding your case.
Can I apply for both the Incubation Programme and the Co-Incubation Programme?
The Co-Incubation Programme offers additional support from co-development partners, alongside what is provided by the Incubation Programme. You may apply for both programmes, but please note that acceptance will be granted to either the Co-Incubation Programme or the Incubation Programme only.
Can I apply for the Ideation or Co-Ideation Programme if I am a current incubatee in the Incubation Programme?
Current Incubatees are not eligible to apply for either the Ideation or the Co-Ideation in principle. Please contact ideation@hkstp.org for further clarification regarding your case.
Is it possible to change the Person-in-Charge (PIC) or the registered email after submitting my application?
It is not possible to change the PIC and registered email once your application was submitted. Please ensure the detail of PIC is accurate before application submission.
What is the expected review timeline after application submission?
It takes approximately three months to complete the review process of the Co-Incubation Programme after the submission date and the Co-Ideation Programme after the application deadline.
Will a certificate be awarded upon completion of the programme?
A graduation certificate will be issued after you have completed the programme succesfully.
