HKSTP and CIC Host First International Symposium on Construction Robotics to Drive Innovation in Hong Kong’s Construction Industry
Mr Albert Wong, CEO, HKSTP (right) and Ir Albert Cheng, Executive Director, CIC (left) officiated the opening ceremony of the first International Symposium on Construction Robotics to accelerate the adoption of robotics and automation systems in the construction industry.

Prof. Liu Yun-hui, Director, T Stone Robotics Institute; Choh-Ming Li Professor of Mechanical and Automation Engineering, CUHK made a sharing on robotic solution for construction and interior decoration.
Leading companies in the industry, start-ups from Hong Kong Science Park and university’s research centre also showcased various innovative technologies and solutions they developed for the construction industry, including hybrid reality platform, mobile robot platform and an AI-powered predictive inspection system.
