(Hong Kong, 29 September 2025) — From September 25 to 29, the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP) is making its third appearance at the Global Digital Trade Expo (GDTE). In a strategic partnership with the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) and the Hangzhou-Hong Kong Science and Innovation Service Company. HKSTP is leading a delegation of 16 pioneering park companies and two ecosystem partners at the Hong Kong Pavilion.
This initiative leverages HKSTP’s unique "showcase-to-implementation" platform, providing participating enterprises with direct access to financing matching sessions and project roadshows in order to expand to the worldwide business opportunities.
Building a Globalised Ecosystem to Help Enterprises “Go Global”

A Microcosm of Hong Kong’s I&T Power
Participating enterprises present technological breakthroughs and market-ready applications across key sectors, including AI, digital entertainment, digital mobility, digital healthcare and smart logistics, demonstrating Hong Kong's competitive edge as a leading international innovation and technology (I&T) hub. Partner company Shannon & Turing Technology Limited and ecosystem partner company Statelab Limited received the Most Valuable Investment Award. Partner company Halo Energy Limited also signed a strategic partnership agreement on electric vehicle charging services with Dahua Technology.
Gaining a Strategic Edge: Insights and Connections
GDTE this year has set up the "Digital Trade Innovation Capital Day" for the first time, bringing together representatives from investment institutions, innovative tech ventures and government platforms to exchange views on topics such as technological innovation, capital empowerment and collaboration among industries. During the Expo’s keynote dialogue sessions, heavyweight speakers from the I&T sector exchanged insights, including Mr. Mi Lei, Founding Partner of CASSTAR; Mr. Deng Zelin, Member of the Guiding Fund for the Innovation and Development of Trade in Services; Mr. Cao Guoxiong, Chairman of Puhua Capital; and Mr. Feng Dagang, CEO of 36Kr. Ms. Pheona Kan, Director of New Ventures of HKSTP, shared practical strategies on leveraging Hong Kong’s unique advantages to expand into key markets like Silicon Valley in the US and the Middle East.
