Google Hong Kong and HKSTP Launch Second Cohort of “Rocketing AI Co-incubation Program”

(Hong Kong, May 6, 2026) — Building on the success of its inaugural run, Google Hong Kong and Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP) announced the launch of the second cohort of the “Rocketing AI Co-incubation Program” to continuously foster innovation and drive the development of Hong Kong's innovation and technology (I&T) ecosystem.

This year’s program features 16 high-potential startups, doubling the intake from the previous cohort. The selected startups span a diverse range of industries, including digital commerce, FinTech, InsurTech, MediaTech, HealthTech, ConstructionTech, and sustainability, highlighting the immense potential of AI applications across various sectors. With the support of InvestHK, the program welcomes three overseas startups for the first time, providing a platform for overseas enterprises to expand their footprint.

To accelerate the participating startups' product development and business expansion, Google Hong Kong and HKSTP will provide them with multi-faceted support. The selected startups will receive up to US$350,000 in Google Cloud credits, guidance from Google experts, and up to HK$1.29 million in funding from HKSTP, alongside R&D support, infrastructure, business consultancy, investor matching, client networking, and co-marketing opportunities.

Furthermore, Google Hong Kong and HKSTP are collaborating through the "Google Career Certificates" program to continuously empower the startup ecosystem and nurture local I&T talent. Startups under HKSTP can participate in professional training designed and taught by Google experts free of charge, mastering critical skills in in-demand fields such as AI, data analytics, UX design, and IT automation.

• AIVI Technologies provides the intelligence layer for institutional risk and alpha. Their agentic AI quant system enables institutions to transform unstructured data into mathematically rigorous, adaptive, and autonomous workflows for capital markets.
• DBinsight.ai Limited is a no-code AI analytics platform that enables non-technical users to turn plain-language questions into insights, reports, and dashboards easily. Built for SMEs and enterprises, it provides access controls, user management, and collaboration tools to streamline decision-making.
• Evov AI Limited (Overseas Startup) is an AI company that develops autonomous marketing agents. Its proprietary technology provides automated marketing solutions for enterprises and small-to-medium businesses (SMBs) across the APAC region.
• G1X Limited (Overseas Startup) is a climate and urban sustainability technology company. It applies artificial intelligence and data analytics to help enterprises and industries manage climate risks, decarbonisation, and the energy transition in Asia.
• Hong Kong Deep Stone Tech Limited is a financial technology company focused on Real World Asset (RWA) tokenisation. It provides institutional-grade infrastructure for tokenising and managing virtual assets with a focus on compliance and security.
• iGo Tech Private Limited develops AI and IoT-powered intelligent infrastructure for green technology, smart environments, safety systems, and real-time monitoring through connected devices, automation, and data-driven software platforms.
• Impact AI Hong Kong Limited is a social technology startup that leverages AI for social good. It is developing a Hong Kong Sign Language (HKSL) translation avatar to address interpreter shortages and improve accessibility for the hearing-impaired community.
• Novo AI (HK) Limited provides an AI-powered intelligence layer for the insurance industry. Its platform digitizes and analyzes complex medical claims to automate processing and identify cost drivers, helping insurers manage medical inflation.
• Petalife Limited is a pet technology startup developing AI-powered health solutions. Its smart applications help pet owners track daily health data and gain insights to improve care decisions and enhance pet wellbeing.
• Reloop AI Limited offers an AI-powered video automation platform called Vibecut. The solution enables creators and marketers to automate the production of short-form videos, from research and scripting to final rendering.
• Restituo International Limited specializes in the restoration of historical film and video. Its in-house AI models use advanced computer vision to repair degraded visual media and preserve cultural heritage.
