This is a 12-month co-incubation program designed to help global startups enter and expand in the Hong Kong market.

Eligibility
- Open to startups from any region with a functional product and market validation.
- Startups must have plans to enter the Hong Kong market.
- Startups should currently use or plan to adopt cloud services.
- Participants must establish a limited company in Hong Kong upon successful application notification.
Program Timeline

| August 2025 to January 2026: | Participate in training workshops, develop solutions on Azure, and build a prototype |
| February 2026: | Progress review and submission of market validation and progress reports |
| March to July 2026: | Final phase preparation, selected startups receive 1:1 technical consultation and complete solution development |
| July 2026: | DEMO Day: Finalists showcase their solutions to industry leaders and potential customers |
