SPENDING REWARDS REDEMPTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Redemption Details
   During the designated promotion periods, customers who spend the designated amount at designated restaurants, designated retail or service merchants in Science Park can redeem a spending reward by presenting a same-day electronic transaction receipt:

3. Procedure
   Each receipt is only eligible for one redemption. Redemption counter staff will mark the receipt and corresponding electronic payment record after successful redemption to indicate that the receipt has been used. Each customer may redeem only one spending reward per redemption transaction.


4. Quotas
   Daily quotas apply to all spending rewards, including but not limited to Activity Passes, activity quotas and Themed Blind Boxes. Redemption is available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.


5. General Terms
   - Spending rewards under this promotion (including Activity Passes and Themed Blind Boxes) cannot be used in conjunction with each other.
   - Photos and promotional images of spending rewards are for reference only. Actual products and on-site arrangements shall prevail.
   - Activity Passes are valid only on designated activity dates and during designated time slots. Expired passes will be considered void.
   - No exchange, refund or return is allowed once an Activity Pass or Themed Blind Box has been redeemed.
   - The Themed Blind Box series includes Microelectronics, Life & Health Technology, Green Technology, Artificial Intelligence and Hidden Edition. Designs will be distributed randomly.
   - Electronic payment means payment by credit card, EPS, debit card, Alipay, WeChat Pay, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Tap & Go and Octopus. Receipts for cash payments, vouchers, online purchases, purchase or reload of gift vouchers, gift cards or merchant prepaid cards are not accepted.
   - Customers are required to present their own original machine-printed receipts, original electronic payment slips or transaction records via mobile applications, together with the corresponding payment method used for the transaction, in order to participate in the promotion. The spending amount shown on the receipt must match the amount shown on the electronic payment record. Split payments using multiple payment methods will not be accepted. HKSTP reserves the right to mark all receipts and payment records used for redemption.
   - This promotion applies only to eligible spending at designated restaurants, designated retail merchants and designated service merchants in Hong Kong Science Park. Designated retail merchants include 7-Eleven, Circle K, fusion, Watsons and AEON Mono Mono. Designated service merchants include Green Forest Hair House. For the list of designated restaurants, please enquire at the Concierge.
   - All Activity Passes, activity quotas and Themed Blind Boxes are available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
   - Participants must comply with the eligibility requirements, venue regulations and instructions of event staff for individual activities.
   - HKSTP reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel event arrangements without prior notice due to adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
   - You acknowledge and accept that Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP) is entitled to make any changes, modifications or adjustments to the rules and terms and conditions of this promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute arising from this promotion, HKSTP reserves the right of final decision on all matters relating to event arrangements, redemption eligibility, activity participation, gift redemption and all other related matters. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.


6. Governing Law
   These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this promotion and/or these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
