“Spending Rewards” Redemption Terms and Conditions
- Redemption Details: During the designated promotion periods, customers who spend the required amount at designated restaurants, designated retail or service merchants in Science Park can redeem a spending reward* by presenting a single same-day electronic transaction receipt:

- Procedure: Each receipt is only eligible for one redemption which will be stamped with a chop by the redemption counter staff to signify that the receipt has been redeemed by the customer. Each customer is eligible to redeem once on any given single occasion.
- Quotas: Daily quotas apply to all spending rewards (including but not limited to gifts, workshop entries, and claw machine games) and are limited. Redemption of Spending Rewards is available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
- General Terms:
- No Double Redemption: The spending rewards cannot be used in conjunction with each other.
- Product Policy: Photos of Spending Rewards are for reference only.
- Themed Blind Boxes no returns or exchanges are allowed once redeemed.
- Eligible Payment Methods: Electronic payment means payment by credit card, EPS, debit card, Alipay, WeChat Pay, Union Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Tap & Go, Octopus and Credit Card Cash Back Rewards. Receipts of payment in cash, vouchers or other methods, and purchase or value-adding of vouchers, cards or merchant pre-paid cards are not acceptable for this promotion.
- Validation: Customers are required to present their own original machine-printed receipt(s) from merchant(s), electronic payment slip(s)/ transaction records in the relevant Mobile App, and corresponding credit card(s)/ EPS card(s)/debit card(s)/Octopus card(s) used for the spending in order to join the promotion. The spending amount on the machine-printed receipt must be the same as the electronic payment slip. Splitting payment by different credit cards/ electronic payment devices is NOT accepted. Staff of HKSTP has the right to make marks on all receipts used for any redemption.
- Scope of Merchants: This promotion applies to designated restaurants and retail and service merchants in Hong Kong Science Park. Note: ‘Designated restaurants’ includes all dining merchants; ‘Retail and service merchants’ is limited to 7-Eleven, Circle K, fusion, Watsons and Green Forest Hair House.
- Right to Amend & Final Decision: You acknowledge and accept that Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP) is at liberty to make any changes or adjustments to the rules, schedule, programme, and format of this redemption event from time to time without having to give any prior notice. In the event of any disputes arising out of this redemption event, HKSTP shall have the full and final say on all matters concerning this event. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
- Governing law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong SAR and any disputes arising out of or in connection with this declaration shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong SAR.
