“Chinese New Year Trio Spending Rewards” Rewards Redemption Terms and Conditions

1. Redemption Period:
   • Fai Chun Reward Pop-Up!: The Redemption Period is from 14:00 – 16:00 for Master Fai Chun and from 14:00 – 22:00 for DIY Fai Chun, 7 to 8 February 2026 (both dates inclusive).
   • Chinese New Year Spending Rewards: The Redemption Period is from 10:00 – 22:00, 12 to 23 February 2026 (both dates inclusive).
   • Valentine’s Day Spending Rewards: The Redemption Period is from 10:00 – 22:00, 14 February 2026.
2. Redemption Details:
   • Fai Chun Reward Pop-Up!: Redemption Counter is located at G/F, Building 10W. Spend HKD 388 or more at designated restaurants and retail merchants in Science Park and present a same-day single electronic transaction receipt to redeem a Master written or DIY Fai Chun*.
   • Redemption Date: 7 – 8 Feb 2026
   • Redemption Time: Master Fai Chun: 14:00 – 16:00; DIY Fai Chun: 14:00 – 22:00

Chinese New Year Spending Rewards and Valentine’s Day Spending Rewards

Redemption Counter is located at G/F, Building 1W & 10W and 1/F, Building 19W. During the promotion period’s eligible hours, customers who spend the designated amount at designated restaurants or retail merchants can redeem a spending reward* by presenting a same-day single electronic transaction receipt:

• Chinese New Year Spending Rewards: 12– 23 Feb 2026 (10:00 – 22:00)
• Valentine’s Day Spending Rewards: 14 Feb 2026 (10:00 – 22:00)

*Redemption is on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. Photos of Rewards are for reference only. Colour and style of rewards will be allocated on a random basis.

  3. Procedure: Each receipt is only eligible for one redemption which will be stamped with a chop by the redemption counter staff to signify that the reward has been redeemed by the customer. Each customer is eligible to redeem once on any given single occasion.

  4. Quotas: Daily quotas apply for the rewards, and redemption is on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.

  5. General Terms:

• Photos of Rewards are for reference only. Colour and style of rewards will be allocated on a random basis.
• Electronic payment means payment by credit card, EPS, debit card, Alipay, WeChat Pay, Union Pay, Apple Pay, Android Pay, Samsung Pay, Tap & Go, Octopus and Credit Card Cash Back Rewards. Receipts of payment in cash, vouchers or other methods, and purchase or value-adding of vouchers, cards or merchant pre-paid cards are not acceptable for this promotion. Customers are required to present their own original machine-printed receipt(s) from merchant(s), electronic payment slip(s)/ transaction recorded in relevant Mobile App, and corresponding credit card(s)/ EPS card(s)/debit card(s)/octopus card(s) used for the spending in order to join the promotion. The spending amount on machine-printed receipt(s) must be the same as electronic payment slip(s). Splitting payment by different credit cards/ electronic payment devices is NOT accepted. Staff of HKSTP has the right to make any marks on all receipts used for any redemption.
• This promotion applies to designated restaurants and retail merchants in Hong Kong Science Park. Note: ‘Designated restaurants’ includes all restaurants, with the exception of ‘FARM RESTAURANT’ (ShopS041A, G/F, Building 10W); ‘Retail merchants’ includes 7-Eleven, Circle K, fusion, and Watsons.
• You acknowledge and accept that HKSTP is at liberty to make any changes or adjustments to the rules and format of this redemption event from time to time without having to give any prior notice. In the event of any disputes arising out of this redemption event, HKSTP shall have the full and final say on all matters concerning this event. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

  6. Governing law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong SAR and any disputes arising out of or in connection with this declaration shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong SAR.
