The ESP wireless charging module is a high-performance solution suitable for providing contactless charging to various mobile robots or devices (e.g., AGV, AGC, RGV, electric forklifts), particularly in harsh environments (high temperature, humidity). It enables full automation of the battery charging process, offering ease of use and simple maintenance. The ESP48xx wireless charging series employs adaptive control technology, overcoming the impact of charging distance and load variations on system performance. It features high control precision, providing precise and reliable power, enhanced protection, and extended battery life for lithium-ion, lead-acid, nickel-metal hydride (NiMH) batteries, and supercapacitors. The ESP wireless charging series has an output power range of 500W~850W and an efficiency greater than 86%. Its main characteristics are safety, eco-friendliness, and energy efficiency.

Near-Field Wireless Charging
Utilising patented magnetic field coupling resonance technology, it enables high freedom of positioning (XY offset: ±5 cm / angular deviation: ±10 degrees), online dynamic charging, high-current, and high-efficiency energy transfer (95% efficiency).
No plugging, no physical contact—charging initiates automatically upon proximity.
Near-Field Wireless Data Transmission
Utilising high-speed near-field communication technologies such as 60GHz millimetre wave, it delivers secure and reliable, high-bandwidth, ultra-low latency (<1ms), strong anti-interference capability, high security, and ultra-high-speed data transmission (single-stream rate above 10Gbps). This easily meets the high-standard security transmission requirements for AI distributed computing network nodes.
Wireless data transmission and wireless charging operate in vastly different frequency bands, allowing them to coexist seamlessly and meet the data transmission needs arising from the replacement of wired interfaces.
