ConSynance Therapeutics Limited is a clinical-stage rare disease biotech company with an AI-empowered precision medicine platform and a China-US R&D engine. Leveraging our global network of R&D experts and Hong Kong’s unique role as a bridge connecting the Greater Bay Area (GBA)/China with global markets, we have adopted a strategic footprint to drive the efficient and accelerated development of novel therapeutics.
Our lead asset, CSTI-500, is currently in Phase two clinical development for Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS), with clinical expansion planned for Fragile X Syndrome (FXS) and a broader spectrum of neurobehavioral indications. By integrating translational pharmacology, human-relevant biomarkers, and AI-enabled drug discovery technologies, we are also building a next-generation pipeline of rare disease candidates, with a core focus on rare CNS therapies.
