Description

Celgenyx (Hong Kong) Life Science Technology Limited is an innovative biotechnology enterprise focusing on the development and industrialization of next-generation cellular immunotherapy products. With allogeneic, universal, and off-the-shelf human induced pluripotent stem cell-derived natural killer cell (iPSC-NK) technology as its core, the company is committed to the development of innovative drugs in the field of malignant tumor treatment, aiming to become a global leader in the field of universal off-the-shelf cell therapy.

Our Beliefs

Celgenyx (Hong Kong) Life Science Technology Limited focus on innovative drug development for malignant tumor treatment, and strive to become a global leader in universal off-the-shelf cell therapy.

Product

CG-101 is an off-the-shelf allogeneic universal cell therapy developed via directed differentiation of induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) and precise CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing, specifically targeting acute myeloid leukemia (AML).
Addressing unmet clinical challenges of AML—including rapid disease progression, high relapse rates, limited efficacy and severe toxicities of conventional therapies—this product harnesses dual gene editing to fully potentiate the anti-tumor activity of NK cells. Site-specific insertion of IL-15 and CXCR4 genes delivers synergistic therapeutic effects: IL-15 markedly improves NK cell maturation, expansion efficiency and long-term persistence in vivo, while co-activating multiple immune cell subsets to establish a systemic anti-tumor immune defense. CXCR4 enhances bone marrow-specific homing of engineered NK cells, enabling deep infiltration into the tumor microenvironment and robust elimination of malignant cells.
Built on an industrialized iPSC platform featuring stable seed cells and highly homogeneous batch characteristics, CG-101 overcomes core drawbacks of autologous CAR-T therapies, namely lengthy customized manufacturing cycles and prohibitive treatment costs. The platform supports large-scale single-batch production, with raw materials from one batch sufficient to treat multiple patients, delivering a novel, safe, efficacious and widely scalable immunotherapy option for AML patients.

Technology
