REVIR THERAPEUTICS (HK) LIMITED

Company

ReviR Therapeutics is a global, clinical-stage biotechnology company committed to discovering and developing innovative RNA-targeting small-molecule therapies for neurological diseases, inflammation and immunology (I&I) and oncology. ReviR was founded in 2021 by leaders in computational biology, RNA biology, genomics and drug discovery, with the aim of creating highly selective, effective and safe disease-modifying therapies. Its proprietary VoyageR™ platform integrates AI-enabled modelling, RNA structure and function analysis, genomic and transcriptomic data, and experimental validation systems, including iPSC models. The platform supports the full discovery and translation workflow, from target identification and molecule design to patient stratification and clinical development. ReviR’s lead programme, RTX-117, is in clinical development for Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease and vanishing white matter disease, while its potential in fibrotic diseases is also being explored.

Description

ReviR Therapeutics is a clinical-stage biotech company developing disease-modifying small-molecule therapy by combining artificial intelligence with RNA biology.

Our Beliefs

We believe that breakthroughs happen when biology, data and human insight work together. By making RNA more actionable for small-molecule drug discovery, we aim to transform difficult disease mechanisms into meaningful treatment opportunities for patients.

Technology

ReviR’s VoyageR™ platform combines RNA target discovery, AI-driven molecular design, genomics and transcriptomics, high-throughput experimental validation, and iPSC-based disease models. This integrated “data–model–experiment” loop enables more informed target selection, faster lead optimisation and more efficient clinical translation. ReviR develops proprietary drug programmes and collaborates with pharmaceutical, academic and disease-focused partners on RNA-targeting small-molecule discovery.
