Tom Kong is an activist with big dreams who makes a difference not only for the jewellery industry but also for the medical processes of the future. After teaching at CUHK, he started a company with a team of 6 engineers focused on precision engineering, materials analysis and nanotechnology development. They applied their technology to revolutionize the traditional diamond industry, solve industry pain points, help clients increase customer loyalty and generate higher revenue. Realising the enormous potential of using diamond materials to improve animal and human health, they soon embarked on the second stage of their innovation journey, developing nanodiamond technology to enhance MRI and metabolic imaging, cancer detection, and treatment processes.
