Mr. Ricky Leung holds a Master of Business Administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Science (Engineering) from the University of Hong Kong. Mr. Leung was appointed Executive Director, Engineering & Technology, in January 2020. With more than 30 years of experience at Airport Authority Hong Kong (AAHK), he is responsible for AAHK’s engineering and technology development, managing AAHK’s assets and delivering engineering projects at Hong Kong International Airport. Before joining AAHK, he worked in consulting engineering firms and government departments on the planning, design and management of large-scale infrastructure projects in Hong Kong. He is a Chartered Civil and Structural Engineer with close to 40 years of experience, of which over 30 years are in the planning, design, construction, operation and maintenance of airport infrastructure, facilities and systems. He is a Member of the Vocational Training Council, a Member of the Construction Industry Council and a Board Member of the Logistics and Supply Chain MultiTech R&D Centre Limited.
