Golden Biotech is a pioneer in Asia in microRNA drug development. miRNAs regulate genes with important roles in various diseases such as cancer and inflammation, therefore represent promising therapeutic targets. We established two miRNA drug development technology platforms: 1) AI-assisted small molecule modulator of microRNA; and 2) AI designed microRNA mimics and inhibitors. In addition, we developed microRNA delivery system based on plant derived extracellular vesicles (PDEV) which enhanced safety and efficiency. Our pipelines include microRNA drugs for liver cancer, COPD, and allergic rhinitis. Meanwhile, we have commercialised PDEV-based skincare products which are generating steady revenue while validating the technology in human setting.
