We have built two world-leading self-owned technology platforms: A-proX™ AI Prodrug Platform and CureGene-X1 mRNA Therapeutic Platform, supporting the full-cycle discovery, preclinical and clinical development of differentiated First-in-Class/Best-in-Class drug candidates with global independent intellectual property rights.
Our core pipeline includes Evategrel (CG-0255, novel dual-form P2Y12 antiplatelet agent), liver-targeted THR-β agonist CG-0416 for metabolic disorders, and therapeutic HBV vaccine CG-1999 for functional cure of hepatitis B. Multiple assets have entered global multi-center clinical trials in the US, Australia and China.

In Q1 2026, we completed nearly USD 47 million Series C financing to accelerate worldwide clinical advancement of all pipeline programs.
