Photo 2 & 3: afterNATURE Limited showcased its "Octahedron armour unit" designed for installation on riprap. This structure provides a habitat for marine life such as oysters, sea snails, and chitons, thereby increasing biodiversity and helping to lower coastal substratum temperatures.
Photo 4 & 5: SNAPP Ocean Data Solutions Limited exhibited its "SNAPP" device. Leveraging robotic fish technology, automation, and IoT solutions, it is used for monitoring marine ecosystems and collecting data on ocean habitats and its inhabitants: fish, seagrass, sargassum and coral reefs. This robotic fish captures video and collects water quality data at scale, with a coverage of up to 20km. This non-intrusive survey method effectively gathers and records marine data while avoiding damage to the ecosystem or disturbance to marine organisms.
Photo 6 & 7: HK Super Panther Technology Limited displayed its "Distributed Dual-Motor eAxis," which was honored with the "World Innovation" named by the IAA Hannover 2024, Germany. This system is used in the company's two smart new energy heavy-duty electric trucks, "BlackDiamond" and "eTopas 600." It is suited for zero-carbon, high-load transportation tasks and can operate in extreme climate conditions.
Photo 8 & 9: Formwork IO Limited exhibited its two carbon-negative building materials: "AtmosBrick™" and "AtmosTile™." Compared to traditional concrete, these products can reduce the carbon footprint by up to 110%.
