Product

Fortsense Technology HK Co LimitedProductImg113a02528-dac3-ed11-83fd-000d3aa14877_ProductImage1_12062026
A high-resolution array receiver sensor chip based on Fortsense’s self-developed high-performance Single Photon Avalanche Diode (SPAD). Designed using the unique STACKED BSI SPAD process, the chip offers key advantages such as high Photon Detection Efficiency (PDE) and low crosstalk. It features an integrated ASIC circuit and, when paired with the appropriate laser source, supports the development of FLASH solid-state LiDAR products.
The product’s technical specifications have already reached internationally leading standards. Fortsense has begun collaboration with several LiDAR manufacturers on full solid-state FLASH LiDAR products, which are now in mass production.
The product is widely used in various FLASH solid-state LiDAR systems. Its typical terminal product applications span across industries, including autonomous driving, low-speed autonomous vehicles, smart lawn mowers, robotics, unmanned forklifts, vehicle-to-infrastructure (V2X) collaboration, drones, and robotic dogs.

Technology

The main products include area array SPAD-SoC chips, single-line SPAD-SoC chips, line array SPAD-SoC chips.
