Purpose of the Role

The successful incumbent will participate in planning and implementation of various projects in the team in promoting re-industrialization, including but not limited to, attracting potential clients to anchor in the Advanced Manufacturing Center (“AMC”) in Tseung Kwan O to empower commercialization of research innovation. He / she will support in various stages of the project cycle including but not limited to marketing promotion, business development, tendering, budgeting and administration work.



The Position

  • Act as a project coordinator to manage the whole project cycle including planning, budgeting, promotion, materials preparation and execution.
  • Assist in the tenancy admission process including the tendering process and interacting with potential clients to understand their technical requirements for office or factory set-up
  • Assist to build and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders including but not limited to academia, research institutes and business clients, with ultimate goal to attract them to land in our new specialized industrial spaces such as AMC
  • Provide all-rounded administrative support to the team head and the team including but not exclusive to calendar management, meeting coordination, business trip arrangement and expenses management
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor



The Candidate

  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience in business development of manufacturing industry or the suchlike. Experience in working with industry partners & trade associations is an advantage
  • Customer focus and ability to develop effective relationship, self-initiative and results-oriented;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
