Speech reconstruction can be used to (a) reconstruct the unclear speech of patients into clear speech so that their caretakers can understand their spoken requests in order to provide better care; (b) reconstruct heavily accented speech to natively accented speech to facilitate speech communication in call centers, so customer experience can be enhanced.
