Pai.ACT™ is a mobile health (mHealth) platform that operationalizes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) through the application of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs). The core of the platform is a conversational agent built upon a proprietary, patent-pending ACT-LLM. This specialized model was trained on a corpus of over 19,000 anonymized, real-world therapeutic dialogues with parents, enabling it to identify and classify textual indicators of psychological inflexibility—the primary target of ACT interventions. For conversational interaction, this is integrated with the OpenAI engine to produce empathetic responses. The system uses deep learning to triage users to suitable services and provides personalized ACT content to improve psychological resilience. This approach aims to create a scalable and accessible model for evidence-based mental health care.

To enhance our Pai.ACT™ system with the development of a new AI-powered e-learning platform specifically designed for Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), we aim to improve user-friendliness and standardize ACT training, thereby enriching the learning experiences for paraprofessionals. The platform will utilize AI-driven textual analysis to assess client psychological flexibility, generating ACT-based diagnostic reports and recommending tailored interventions. The objective is to provide a scalable training and clinical decision support tool that equips non-specialist providers to deliver evidence-based mental health care more effectively, thereby increasing the system's overall capacity and reach.

Technology

(1) Complete Development: Refine the AI model within the Pai.ACT™ engine to enhance analytical accuracy, ensuring compliance with design and functionality specifications.
(2) Develop Enhanced e-Platform Prototype: Design and develop a new AI-powered, ACT-specific e-learning platform, leveraging our AI engine. This platform is tailored for paraprofessionals and professionals to standardize ACT training and enhance user experience and training capabilities.
(3) Launch Pilot Program: Implement a pilot program to evaluate the new e-learning platform's effectiveness, gathering valuable feedback for subsequent refinement.
(4) Build Strategic Partnerships: Establish collaborative relationships with organizations (e.g., NGOs, school settings, public and/or private sectors) supporting caregivers of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and/or other individuals seeking mental health support, thus broadening market reach and enhancing product adoption.
(5) Expand User Base Through Marketing: Launch targeted marketing campaigns that significantly increases the platform's user base (e.g., caregivers of SEN children) as well as focus on engaging new clients (e.g., other family caregivers, youths or individuals requiring mental health support).
(6) Engage the Professional Community: Conduct outreach activities, including ACT educational talks and seminars, reinforcing our market presence in the SEN and mental health professional communities. These activities can also provide essential insights for targeted enhancements of the e-learning platform.
