Purpose of the Role


What is Digital Experience & Data Analytics doing?

Our team is looking for an experienced digital marketing professional, skilled at digital & performance marketing and data analytics. You will be working under HKSTP’s Digital Experience & Data Analytics team under Marketing.

The Manager is responsible for supporting the Senior Digital Marketing Manager in performance marketing, data analyse, implementation and maintenance of digital marketing campaigns. This includes digital performance report to evaluate campaign performance and optimize the performance of paid and organic channels.

The Position

  • Analyse digital and content performance, integrate best practices in paid and own channels
  • Work with professional service providers and agencies to provide support for SEO, digital advertising and data analytics
  • Carry out regular market research, competitive analysis and channel monitoring for social learning, planning and optimization
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to conduct procurement procedures
  • Perform data governance and consolidation, website UAT, regular directory update and other administrative work
  • Perform any other duties as assigned
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the management


The Candidate:

  • University graduate, preferably in Marketing, e-Commerce, Digital or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in analytics focused role in the marketing, media and advertising industry
  • Deep understanding of growth & optimization, best practices such as A/B testing
  • Knowledgeable in digital marketing platforms for CRM, website and social media management such as: MS Dynamics 365, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Data Studio, Google Search Console, Google Firebase, Umbraco, Facebook for Business, Creator Studio & FB LIVE, LinkedIn Campaign Manager & Restream, Whats App Business and Radica RiManggis, Eventxtra and Wufoo
  • Proficient with WeChat, TikTok or digital advertising in China is a plus
  • An effective communicator with high proficiency in written English and Chinese
  • Self-motivated, quick-learning, dynamic, independent, multi-tasking and willing to work under a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work independently to lead the projects and coach other junior team members
