The Position

  • Assist in organizing media events and arranging media stories and interviews
  • Assist to provide PR support for the partner companies and incubatees in Hong Kong Science Park
  • Prepare press releases, feature articles, corporate collaterals and other writing assignments as required
  • Assist to provide analysis and market sentiment monitoring through developing daily news reports for the Corporation
  • Assist to work with the internal and external stakeholders in support of press engagement events
  • Assist to handle enquiries from media and general public with the aim to produce positive impact and manage reputation
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor or management

 

The Candidate

  • Bachelor Degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, Translation, business or other related disciplines
  • With 1-2 years of relevant working experience, preferably gained in MNC / sizable technology companies
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and result-oriented
  • Proactive and a good team player who can work under pressure
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese (written and spoken), with ability to write clear and compelling materials
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing, etc
