As the General Manager of Nestlé Hong Kong, May Chung has contributed significantly to creating and promoting healthier and more sustainable food and beverage options for the local community. Since 2019, her team has been growing Nestlé’s portfolio of market-accessible plant-based products with the launch of plant protein drinks, smoothie drinks, as well as the first-in-Nestlé-Hong-Kong plant-based meat products for catering channels and vegan coffee capsules. Chung’s work has enriched Nestlé Hong Kong’s renowned soybean products, providing more opportunities for customers to join in the fight against climate change with their dietary choices. Today, her team continues to explore more plant-based innovations to further create positive societal value and nurture a healthier future for all.
