• Targets to expand outside Hong Kong and be the next unicorn;
• Has exponential revenue growth and profitability;
• Has an exciting business development and R&D plan;
• Is a Hong Kong incorporated company established more than 2 years;
• Has no less than 30 employees globally; and
• Will commit to sign a 3-year lease agreement with HKSTP.

Selection Criteria

To assess your application, we will look at:

• Your business development plan;
• Your financial resources and performance;
• Your technology and research and development plan;
• Your management capability and team competencies; and
• Your contribution to the ecosystem.

Key Milestone Assessment

To help track your progress, we conduct milestone assessments every 6 months on:

• Business development.
• Research and development.
