HKSTP Announces Appointment to Board of Directors of Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park Limited

(Hong Kong, 8 October 2020)  – Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP) announced the re-appointment of the ten current Directors of its wholly-owned subsidiary company, the Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park Limited (“HSITPL”), for another term of three years with effect from 6 October 2020.

Pursuant to the “Memorandum of Understanding on Jointly Developing the Lok Ma Chau Loop by Hong Kong and Shenzhen”, HSITPL is designated to take charge of the construction, operations, maintenance and management of Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park.
